Fanø Kran-Service was founded in 1995 by the manager and owner Bjørn Gudmundsen. Since then, the company has performed quality offshore service on a variety of offshore installations. Our service is based on maintenance of technical equipment, in particular but not limited to, cranes and lifting equipment. The high level of service that Fanø Kran-Service supplies is based on vast experience with cranes and offshore technology in general. Our customers have high requirements to safety, reliability and flexibility. Fanø Kran-Service is familiar with these requirements, and we are proud to fulfil them.

Co-operation The company is respected by manufactures as well as authorities and certifying agents. We have achieved good results through the co-operation with all of the above mentioned. Fanø Kran-Service has furthermore gained the approval as “Competent Person Category B” this approval has been granted by the Danish Maritime Authorities and covers all crane types.
Onshore Facilities A considerable part of our service is performed at our onshore location. We have a well equipped workshop where used components are restored. The workshop is divided into separated sections for hydraulic, mechanical, structural and electrical assignments. Our onshore location also holds modern, high quality facilities for the production of hydraulic hoses.
