Experts in cleaning agents receives environmental price
In September 2009, Knud E. Dan A/S was named “Green Company of the Year in Greve”. The prize goes to a company that prides itself on its environmental awareness and compliance with environ-mental legislation. The “Green Company of the Year” prize has been awarded to a company that strives to meet the require-ments of environmental legislation and adopts a highly professional and syste-matic approach to environmental issues.
At Knud E. Dan A/S, we are delighted that our efforts spanning many years to achieve ISO 9001, 14001, EMAS certification and, not least, the recent approval in the Joint Qualification System under Achilles, have been recognised in this way. With our 50th anniversary approaching, Knud E. We also offer a wide range of lubricants specially developed for the offshore industry from the Dutch manufacturer Interflon B.V.
Lubricants used for offshore must reduce friction and prevent wear and corrosion without spraying off. They must also meet health and safety regulations. Interflon´s unconventional lubricant technology performs these tasks better than conventional mineral oils and greases. Interflon lubricants make a noticeable difference to lubrication intervals – performance and cost – as a result.
