ACTA A/S was founded in 1955. ACTA A/S has accumulated years of experience in design, development and manufacturing of marine equipment for customers around the world. In the autumn of 2010 the Norwegian company Noreq AS signed acquisition of ACTA A/S.
Products We work closely with our customers, enabling Noreqacta to apply its extensive experience which we have enhanced over the years by providing comprehensive solutions for various applications. Consequently, a new project will start with in-depth consultations between our sales personnel and/or local agents, and your personnel, involving our engineers, designers, the relevant national authorities and classification societies.
Organisation Noreqacta has devoted a lot of effort to developing customer contact. The result is a team of highly-trained sales personnel that interfaces seamlessly with the all-important design and engineering team responsible for construction of our products.

NoreqActa provides full after-sales service – direct from the factory and via our network of local agents and partners abroad. Our Service Department is always available with experienced technicians and original spare parts.
Quality Our objective is to provide our customers with the right solutions – a process that includes consultancy, quality assurance, prompt delivery and service in every case.
NoreqActa has built a quality assurance system based on ISO 9001 with independent audit. Implementation of the entire system will be completed in 2004.
